After winning a EPT Berlin side event and the Partouche Grand Final, German poker pro Ole Schemion's (2012 QJ/PTPR Rank: 7th) third win of the season was certainly a huge one, moving him into the 2012 QuadJacks Poker Player of the Year Top 10.
Schemion is the latest Master Classics of Poker Champion, defeating Dutch pro Pieter de Korver (2012 QJ/PTPR Rank: T-405th) heads-up. de Korver finished sixth in a side event earlier at the MCOP.
Bryn Kenney (2012 QJ/PTPR Rank: 23rd) moved up in the POY with his sixth place finish in the event. Kenney's sixth POY score of the season allows him to crack the 200-point barrier for the season.
Guy Goossens (2012 QJ/PTPR Rank: T-1,124th) and Bellagio Cup runner-up Kristijonas Andrulis (2012 QJ/PTPR Rank: 115th) also final tabled the event.
After final tabling this event last seson, Joseph Ebanks min-cashed in this year's event.
