We're set for another thrilling World Poker Tour Final Table! The World Poker Finals Main Event - live from Foxwoods - is set for Tuesday afternoon.
Although Steven Brackesy enters final table play as the chip leader, most of the poker world is looking at Christian Harder and reigning WPT Player of the Year Andy Frankenberger as the "it" players at the final table.
Harder has long been a strong and recognizable player and he's had success on the circuit for a few years now. He has recently picked up a victory at Borgata Heads Up tournament. Harder also had a great WSOP, picking up over 200K this summer at the Rio.
For Frankenberger, it's a chance to solidify his legacy. Since entering the tournament circuit in January of 2010, he's amassed so big results - including a WPT Main Event victory and a WSOP bracelet to go with his aforementioned WPT Player of the Year nod for last season's play - Frankenberger looks to be the real deal and a second WPT title would certainly be very impressive.
For those in charge of TV ratings, the loss of Jonathan Little shortly after play began today was certainly tough to digest. Should Little have made it to Tuesday's final table, it would have made great television - especially in the Player of the Year vs. Player of the Year scenario - Little was WPT POY back in Season 6. Chris Klodnicki was the other player eliminated today. Klodnicki is also a well-known player on the circuit.
