HPT DAYTONA: SCHWARMANN UP, THEN DOWN, THEN UP - WINS AT DAYTONA

PHOTO/SOURCE: HPTPOKER.com

It was an eventful TV final table at Daytona where the latest Heartland Poker Tour Champion was found at the Daytona Beach Kennel Club and Poker Room.

Nich Schwarmann, who entered final table play as a close to 2:1 chip leader fell off the mountain real early into FT play - Schwarmann was swinging chips around playing aggressive but, was not able to catch the cards needed to eliminate the short stacks.

Then, Schwarmann was all-in for his tournament life, was able to double-up and didn't look back from then on. For Schwarmann - and all four other players qualifying for PTPR Points in this event - collected their first PTPR Scores of the season.

Big name players were part of the field - including Annie Duke, Darryll Fish and former WSOP Main Event Champ Grey Raymner.

Congratulations to Nick, and congrats to the Heartland Poker Tour for another successful event!
