WSOPC HAMMOND: CHOW BEATS DOWN THE COMPETITION, WINS THE RING

PHOTO/SOURCE: POKERNEWS.com

Bob Chow defied the odds and has captured the WSOP Circuit Horseshoe Hammond Main Event title, and the coveted WSOPC Ring.

Just hours ago, when final table play began, it looked like this event was WSOP Bracelet winner Aaron Steury's to lose. Steury held the chip lead heading into FT play but was unable to use his WSOP experience to hold off Chow, who took over the final table and never looked back.

Popular player Eric Crain and Drazan Ilich was also in the hunt during today's event, capturing 5th and 6th place respectfully.

Congratulations to Bob Chow on his WSOPC title!
