2011 FSPC: DRININ TAKES DOWN THE FLORIDA STATE CHAMPIONSHIP

SOURCE: @ISLECASINOPP

Connor Drinin takes Florida! Drinin has defeated a field of over 280 players to become the next Florida State Poker Champion, winning the main event at the Isle Casino Pompano Beach. This is Drinin's first large score.

Drinin survived a solid final table that included Byron Kaverman and Mukul Pahuja. Kaverman earns his fourth PTPR Score of the 2011 season - this includes a side event win at the PCA back in January.

Pahuja earns his second PTPR Score of the year, he posted a result at the Everglades Tournament earlier in the year.

@TeamMizrachi member Robert Mizrachi finished just outside the final table. The Florida native finished 8th for his second PTPR Score of the year.
