190 players entered the first ever tournament of the long-awaited Epic Poker League. Before the "carded" players buy-in to the first ever 20K League event, the Pro-Am event started on Friday at the Palms in Las Vegas.

After two Day 1's, we're already down to 29 players for the start of Day 2 play (play has just begun). A very familiar face sits on top of the chip count.

2010 PTPR Breakthrough Player of the Year - and two-time defending NAPT Mohegan Sun Main Event Champion - Vanessa Selbst is #1 as play begins. Fan favorite Eli Elezra sits second in chips while former World Champion Greg Raymer is sixth.
