Sam Stein is having another fine poker season. After a good 2010 season - which including a PTPR NAPT Player of the Year Victory - Stein wins his first WSOP bracelet and, with this his third PTPR Score of the 2011 Season, enters the 2011 PTPR Tournament Player of the Year Leaderboard.
Stein now has 228 PTPR Points on the year and sits 6th in the rankings, six points behind PCA Main Event Champ Galen Hall.
Stein had some tough competition in trying to secure his first bracelet, other Top 18 notables included: Ben Lamb, Christian Harder, Adam Junglen, Brock Parker, Dilyan Kovachev, Tex Barch, Romik Vartzar, Jeremy Harkin, Andrew Chen and Rami Boukai.
In other news, James Hess won the Seniors event - over 3,700 seniors entered the event, an amazing crowd! Hess defeated Richard Harwood heads up.
