2011 WSOP: BARI ON CRUISE CONTROL IN NLH EVENT #4

PHOTO/SOURCE: POKERNEWS.com

To say that Allen Bari will be the chip leader once all four remaining participants playing in the NLH 5K event return to their seats at the Rio later today would be an understatement.

Bari holds one hell of a stranglehold on his other three runners. In fact, Bari's 9M chip stack is so large, it's about 3:1 when compared to all three others - combined!

It will take a miracle for someone to catch Bari today - perhaps Maria Ho, who currently stands last in chips - although she's just a few chips behind second - is the one to pull it off - we will find out later today.

Farzad Bonyadi will move up on the PTPR Top 15 Leaderboard, joining Marvin Rettenmaier with 170 PTPR Points this season. This is Bonyadi's third PTPR Score of the year.

Mikhail Lakhitov also scored for the third time this season in this event.

Other notables who scored for the first or second time this year in this event include: Ricky Fohrenbach, Jesse Chinni, Joseph Kuether, Frank Rusnak, Cary Katz, Richard Lyndaker, Simon Charette, El Matador Carlos Mortensen and Peter Gilmore.

CHIP COUNTS:
1 Allen Bari 9,125,000
