WSOPC NEW ORLEANS: POCHE PUNCHES TICKET TO WSOPC NTL' CHAMPIONSHIP

Jonathan Poche has earned his way to the World Series of Poker Circuit National Championship later this month at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

Poche is the latest WSOPC Main Event winner, capturing the WSOPC New Orleans title. He outlasted Bobby Toye heads up. Poche started the day 6th in chips but he accumulated chips early on Wednesday, winning big races, and eventually taking over the tournament.

Matthew Waxman finished 8th in the event in what is probably a disappointing result for the reigning WSOPC Atlantic City Main Event champion. Still, Waxman earns his third PTPR Score of the season, inching closer to the 100-point mark - he currently sits tied of 82nd on the 2011 PTPR Leaderboard.
