It didn't take long for the World Poker Tour to kickoff it's tenth season. A week after Scott Seiver became the final Season 9 champion of the season, we kickoff the 10th anniversary of the World Poker Tour with the WPT Spanish Championship.

216 total runners entered the event which began on Wednesday for Day 1A and Thursday for Day 1B. Friday's Day 2 is complete and we're down to 54 players.

Szymon Pieszczoch took the chip lead late on Day 2, he has 411k in chips. Joel Dodds, who recently scored at the Everest Poker The One event, is in the Top 15 in chips while EPT star Martin Jacobson (pictured) sits just outside the Top 20 with 133k.
