PLEASE NOTE: With two months in the books, we are now switching our PTPR Rank (seen next to players featured in our posts) from a player's 2011 accomplishments to their current position in 2012.
Day 3 play is complete at WPT National Series Mauritius. Usually, we would have only six players coming back on Sunday for final day play but, we ended the day with seven players, so one more man will have to be eliminated before our WPT Final Table is officially set.
Portuguese player Manji Ayaz leads the charge while five French players will hope to take over from Ayaz during Sunday's final day play.
Amongst the remaining players, EFOP Diamond Championship winner Bruno Lopes (aka Kool Shen) is still very much alive in the event. Although he sits sixth in chips, Lopes' (2012 PTPR Rank: 21st) chip stack is quite manageable and he could be a contender once Sunday play begins.
FINAL TABLE CHIP COUNTS

Fabrice Ricci : 1.053 M
Laurent Ciup : 902 K
