The 2012 Isle Classic in Pompano Beach started a few weeks ago. The first event to qualify for PTPR Points was completed over the weekend.
Steven Frankel won the NLH Bounty Event and earned his biggest payday since finishing second at a WPT Borgata Poker Open prelim back in September of 2008.
Frankel (2011 PTPR Rank: NR), defeated Floridian Salman Jaddi (2011 PTPR Rank: NR) heads up.
Chad Batista (2011 PTPR Rank: NR), Mike Beasley (2011 PTPR Rank: 2397th), Andrew Touchette (2011 PTPR Rank: 2703rd) and Adam Levy (2011 PTPR Rank: NR) all cashed in the event, although none earned PTPR Points with their result.
