After over 25 years of trying, it's Andy Bloch's time ... finally!
When talking about the best poker players never having won a WSOP bracelet, Andy Bloch's name always entered the conversation. Well, Bloch's name can now be removed the list.
Bloch (2012 QJ/PTPR Rank: T-27th) defeated fellow veteran Barry Greenstein heads-up in the 1,500 Seven Card Stud bracelet Event #7.
Greenstein (2012 QJ/PTPR Rank: 57th) earns his third QJ/PTPR Score of 2012 while David Williams (2012 QJ/PTPR Rank: 168th) - who held the chip lead coming into final day play - was fourth in the event.
Lee Goldman, Fabrice Soulier, Steve Billirakis, Chau Giang, Timothy Finne, Chris Tryba, Marco Traniello, Sam Grizzle, Brett Richey, Justin Smith and David Singer all cashed in the event.
