2012 POKER EM: ONE DEFEATS RED-HOT STAMMEN TO WIN CHAMPIONSHIP

Romania's Andrei One (2012 QJ/PTPR Rank: T-193rd) has pulled off the upset, defeating red-hot American poker pro Keven Stammen (2012 QJ/PTPR Rank: 12th) heads-up to capture the 2012 CAPT/Poker EM NLH Championship in Baden, Austria.




Stammdogg continues to roll this Fall collecting POY points for the third time, his third Top 2 finish since October. Stammen won a 2K NLH Turbo Side Event at EPT San Remo, defeating McLean Karr heads-up. He then lost to Benny Spindler in the 10K High Roller event, only a few days later, again at EPT San Remo.

Daniel Studer (2012 QJ/PTPR Rank: T-979th) finished fifth in the event. Studer was third in the CAPT/Poker EM 2K Side Event earlier in the week.

WSOP bracelet winner Aubin Cazals won the 3K PLO Championship.
