Former EPT Grand Final runner-up Brandon Schaefer (2012 QJ/PTPR Rank: 25th) recently changed careers, enlisting with the United States Armed Forced.
In town for the EDC Music Festival, Schaefer decided to play the NLH Shooutout event for kicks ... three days later, Brandon Schaefer has his first bracelet!
It doesn`t look like as if the 311K collected in the event will change Schaefer`s mind, he will remain in the Armed Forces - Schaefer is set to start flight training with the Air Force shortly.
Justin Schwartz` (2012 QJ/PTPR Rank: 190th) 9th place finish earn him his third QJ/PTPR Score of 2012 while Jarred Solomon (2012 QJ/PTPR Rank: T-474th) and Zachary Korik (2012 QJ/PTPR Rank: T-425th) each earned their second scores.
Layne Flack, Jeff Madsen, Thomas Fuller, James Van Alstyne and Matthew Ezrol were other notables who collected Top 18 finishes.
