His name is Will. Many know him simply as "The Thrill". You can also call him 2011 PTPR Poker Tournament Player of the Year.
After Card Player and Bluff announced Ben Lamb and Eugene Katchalov respectively as their 2011 POY, the PTPR are proud to introduce Will "The Thrill" Failla, their Player of the Year for 2011.
Failla went around the world in 365 days this season - he scored PTPR Points in the US (Vegas, California and Atlantic City), the Bahamas, Cannes and Italy in 2011. Failla chose to follow in 2010 PTPR POY Sorel Mizzi's footsteps in playing tons of tournaments across the world and, well, that seems to be the winning formula!
Failla's 2011 included wins at the PCA (NLH Side Event) and at the WPT Legends of Poker (Main Event).
