Congratulations to Dave Allan, who has defeated fellow Aussie Ken Demlakian to win ANZPT Queenstown Snowfest.

David Zhao, who finished second at the 2011 Melbourne Championships, was fifth in this event.

Popular Aussie pro Matthew Wakeman finished sixth in the event while Team PokerStars Pro Bryan Huang finished in seventh position.

We've completed Day 2 at the APPT Queenstown Snowfest and although we had a very small field to start, action seems to be popping in New Zealand!

German player Marcel Schreiner will be the chip once play starts back up on Saturday but most eyes will be on xMONSTERxDONGx Jonathan Karamalikis, a colorful and very skilled pro on the tournament circuit.
